Second Opinions

Second opinions are becoming more and more important in surgical practice today. The decision to go ahead or indeed not to go ahead with knee surgery can be a difficult choice particularly as it can involve a long period of time off work or having to abstain from certain activities. If you have already seen another health professional and would like a second opinion about your knee to put your mind at ease we would happily provide that. Appointments for this are always 30 minutes to allow plenty of time to discuss your options.

We’d please ask you bring as much information with you about your knee. X-rays, copies of notes, MRI scans and if you have had surgery in the past a copy of the operation notes or any other information you may have is always useful.
