“I was in constant pain and using a crutch and my mobility was greatly affected. Mr Kucheria gave me a total left knee replacement using the Mako Robotic Arm. “I contacted Mr. Kucheria, in February, following a consultation he arranged an MRI scan, after which it was determined that a full knee replacement would be necessary. The operation was performed about 6 weeks after the initial consultation. After the operation I experienced some pain, (which I had been told to expect) but overall, my recovery, has been better and faster than I hoped for.
The operation has been a great success. After 4 months I now engage in activities that were not possible before it due to pain and restricted movement.
